Ingredients
1/3 Package Extra Firm Tofu (for frying, not the silken kind)
1 Can Chick Peas
1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic (from the jar)
1 Cup. Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry
1/4 Teaspoon Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Lawrey's Sesame Ginger Marinade
2 - 3 Shakes Garlic Powder
2 - 3 Shakes Ground Ginger
10 Shakes Onion Powder
1 7.38oz Package Plain Udon Noodles
4cups Water
2cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Directions
1.In order, fry all but last 3 ingredients on medium-high heat.
2.Boil Udon Noodles separately in 4 Cups water, then add the Frozen Mixed Vegetables.
3.Drain Noodles and vegetables completely, then add the stir-fry to them, using a wide wooden or plastic spoon to lift the noodles up through the stir fry.
