If you like soy sauce, you'll love this one!
1. Pre-heat skillet to medium-high. Use pan-spray to grease it if you wish. While heating skillet...
2. Blend together on high:
1/3 Block Mori Nu Firm Tofu
1 to 2 Cups Water (start with just 1 Cup, add more as needed)
3 Heaping Tablespoons Soy Protein Isolate (Add more as needed to thicken mixture)
3/4 Cups Flour
1 Flat Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon each: onion powder, garlic powder, ginger
3-4 shakes Iodized Sea Salt
3. Pour all the mixture into the pan and wait until it begins to firm on the bottom side. Spray the top side with pan spray, then "flip" (loosely). It will break apart and excess mixture will seep out into the pan. This is good! Do this repeatedly until all the mixture is scrambled up firmly and is nicely browned. Turn off the burner and serve over stir fried vegetables.
