Ingredients:
10 Large Frozen Strawberries
1 Medium Banana
1 1/2 Cups Water
2 Packets Stevia
1 Tablespoon Dagoba Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Soy Protein Isolate
1/32 Teaspoon Frontier Vanilla
Blend all ingredients together, in order, first with your blender's chop mode, then low, moving up to medium, and then on to the highest speed setting for at least 2 minutes.
Ice cubes can be added in the summer. Some people like to add fresh baby spinach leaves or other dark green leafy vegetables.
Also, Emergen-C (or store brand vitamin C drinks) in the orange or tangerine flavors works well with this, but may add to the sugar/glucose content of the smoothies.
